Environmentally friendly shipping
When we post your books, we use boxes made out of recycled card, we re-use boxes we've received our materials in, we re-use recycled packing paper that we nabbed after a house move AND we use paper tape made from, you've guessed it, recycled sources. Your package from us will contain no single use plastic and this will never change.
How long does it take for orders to be processed?
As you may already know, Dive Proof log books are hand made. We design, we print, we chop, we bind. So unfortunately, turning around your order isn't going to be as quick as Amazon (maybe one day it will be). It can take us up to 7 working days to process an order, especially if you've chosen a custom option. If you are desperate to get it a bit quicker for a birthday or a last minute diving trip, drop us an email and let us know. We don't mind moving you to the top of the pile or working a bit late to get it sorted.
All prices are calculated by weight and delivery estimates are given at the checkout when shipping options are chosen. Please note that these time estimates are from the date that your order is marked as DISPATCHED, not the date that your order is placed.
If you live outside of the EU we really recommend spending a little bit more on tracked shipping, it's a lot quicker and a lot more reliable.
Please note; if you choose the standard shipping option at the check out, once your log book has left our office we are unable to advise you on it's location or estimated delivery date.
Customers in the EU
Please note as of 1st July 2021 when the UK left the EU, EU customers are now required to pay VAT on imports from the UK. The rate of VAT charged is dependent on country. Customers will be required to pay VAT at the point of collecting their parcel from their local courier / post office.

If we have sent you the wrong item, or made a mistake with your order we are happy to provide you with a return label for you to easily get it back to us. Once received, we can either rectify the mistake and get it back to you, or process a refund - up to you.
If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase, then we do ask customers to organise return postage. Once we've received the item back we will be able to process a refund. We are unable to refund original postage costs, so this will be deducted from the total that is put back into your account.
